I live in rural New Brunswick which provides most of the subject matter of my paintings. I have a three-wheeled bicycle with a large basket on the back where I can store my paints, a chair and a table and anything else needed. When I am painting, I am in a world of pure concentration. My goal is to create spontaneous, balanced and authentic works of art with the hope that people who see my art will feel the same kind of pleasure that I do.

Amaryllis, Coloured Pencil, 12 x 22 inches
This is an unfinished coloured pencil drawing that I did a few years ago based on a plant I grew from a bulb. I found it very labour intensive (the drawing, that is)!
I don't know why MSN is blocking your site. I just know that some other bloggers are having problems recently leaving comments on other sites. And just now I had trouble finding your site. I couldn't even get to it through signing in google. I finally found you by going back to a commlent you left in January and then pulling up your info page and where the blogs were listed, I clicked and finally arrived at your blog.
