I live in rural New Brunswick which provides most of the subject matter of my paintings. I have a three-wheeled bicycle with a large basket on the back where I can store my paints, a chair and a table and anything else needed. When I am painting, I am in a world of pure concentration. My goal is to create spontaneous, balanced and authentic works of art with the hope that people who see my art will feel the same kind of pleasure that I do.
Hey Joyce, thanks for dropping by and getting me out doing a bit of browsing again. Summers here and I'm not so keen to sit at the computer. But glad to drop by and see someone else doing some drawings; lovely stuff, can see why you have Van Gogh on your mind. Ultimately I might actually prefer drawing to painting, it's so pure and versatile and no worries about colour! Keep well, and hope that you're getting some of this wealth of work on your blog to the venue you have for exhibiting in time for the summer.

So nice to have you drop by, Clive. I'm in to doing a lot of sketching this summer.
